Q: Why can't I find "C:\Windows\System32\dllcache", Folder, ...

Q: Why can't I find "C:\Windows\System32\dllcache", Folder, & "All Compressed System files", on Win, for SFC to access for Repair or Replacement? The dllcache folder has not been a part of any Windows version since Windows XP. All of the protected system files are stored in the wheres the dllcache folder in windows 7 64 bit?
