Occasionally after windows automatically updates, my laptop will restart with abnormally high CPU usage. I checked my processes and found that "dwn.220.v.ua*32 - SYSTEM - winrscmde" appeared to be using most of the CPU. According to Microsoft: “dwn.220.v.ua is a generic host dwn.220.v.ua (netsvcs) using a ton of CPU.
